Both the IMED Levante and IMED Elche, the two longest-standing facilities within the IMED group, renew their QH (Quality Healthcare) award in 2024. This award is granted to healthcare organizations that strive to implement a progressive and sustained quality system and have obtained the necessary certifications to demonstrate they provide the highest guarantees in their processes. The award is based on an innovative methodology that acknowledges healthcare excellence and promotes quality as a culture of continuous improvement.
Hospitals and healthcare centers across Spain that serve as benchmarks in the field already hold this certification, which must be periodically renewed to ensure that all care quality processes remain up-to-date. The awards' audit committee comprises prestigious institutions such as the Spanish Association for Quality (AEC), the Platform of Patient Organizations (POP), the Spanish Society of Healthcare Executives (SEDISA), and the Institute for the Development and Integration of Healthcare (IDIS).

Moreover, in 2023, the IMED Valencia and IMED Gandía hospitals were also distinguished with the QH award. This makes them the only private hospitals in the province of Valencia to receive this recognition.
