IMED Hospitales has been honored with the award in the Digitalization category at the 13th edition of the Alfil Awards, held on October 22 and organized by the business platform Terciario Avanzado. This recognition underscores IMED’s drive toward technological innovation in healthcare and its commitment to more connected, agile, and personalized medical services.

According to the organizers, IMED Hospitales has positioned itself at the forefront of healthcare digitalization at a time when technology is reshaping the relationship between patients and health services. Its commitment to artificial intelligence, process automation, and patient-centered digital tools—such as its new mobile app—has significantly improved the care experience while enhancing operational efficiency across its hospitals.

This award reinforces IMED’s innovation strategy, based on the adoption of technological solutions that not only optimize management processes but also humanize healthcare. IMED Hospitales expressed its gratitude to Terciario Avanzado for this recognition, which strengthens its purpose of “innovating in care” and continuing to lead digital advancement in private healthcare.

In addition to IMED Hospitales, the 2025 Alfil Awards also recognized other companies and institutions for their contributions to economic development and innovation in the province of Alicante. The awards ceremony, held at the Altamira Palace in Elche under the theme “A very present future”, served as a meeting point for companies, institutions, and social stakeholders who share a common vision: building a more competitive, innovative, and sustainable territory.
